Safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
aged 8 or over, but only under adult supervision.
Keep the appliance and its mains lead out of reach of children
under the age of 8.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• The element in the base will begin heating the water in
the tray. Warning: The egg boiler gets hot when used and
cools slowly. To avoid burning yourself, only lift the boiler by
the handle. Do not move the egg boiler when it is turned on.
• This egg boiler is intended for normal domestic use or under
similar conditions such as in staff kitchens or hotel rooms.
• Bear in mind that the egg boiler will become hot when used
and will take a while to cool down. To avoid burning yourself,
only hold the kettle by the handle.
