Useful Tips
•
Try setting up the tent at home first in a well-lit environment. This will make assembly faster and easier
when it is time to use it for the first time.
•
Select a spot that is as level as possible and clear of sharp objects such as fallen branches, rocks, etc.
•
Avoid setting up the tent in low lying terrain which risks being flooded by rain.
•
Choose a location which has morning shade. This will allow you to sleep more comfortably since tents
get very warm in direct sunlight!
Assembling the tent
The tent consists of: An outer tent, two inner tents with a loose groundsheet, 4 tent poles, tent pegs, guy
lines and 2 straight tent poles for the entrance awning.
Unpacking the tent
1. Lay the outer tent on the ground with the outside facing up.
2. Assemble the tent poles (A) (the parts for each tent pole are kept together with a rubber band, unfold the
parts and then push them together).
Inserting the tent poles
3. Insert one of the tent poles into one of the outer tent’s sleeves (B): Thread the pole into the sleeve and
adjust the sleeve until the pole is seen at both ends. Repeat the same procedure with the other poles.
