Safety

•  This speaker can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the speaker and its charger lead
out of reach of children under the age of 8.

•  The speaker may be used by persons with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or knowledge
which could jeopardise their safety, provided they have been
instructed in the safe use of the product and understand
the hazards involved. Never let children play with the speaker.

•  The speaker should not be taken apart or modified. Never try to

open the casing of the speaker. The casing houses dangerous
current-carrying non-insulated components. Contact with these
can lead to fire or electric shock.

•  Do not cover the speaker. Adequate ventilation, with a distance

of at least 5 cm between the speaker and surrounding surfaces,
is necessary to prevent the speaker from overheating.

•  Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface.
•  Do not place the speaker where it could fall into water or other liquids.
•  Do not place the speaker in constant sunlight or near naked

flames such as wood stoves, lit candles, etc.

•  Never subject the speaker to high temperatures, damp or dusty

environments, heavy vibrations or impacts.

•  Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for prolonged

periods can lead to permanent hearing loss.

•  The speaker must only be repaired by qualified service technicians.
