Troubleshooting guide
The fan heater does
not start.
• Is the plug securely connected to the wall socket?
• Check that the wall socket is live.
• Has the thermostat tripped and turned off the fan heater?

section above.
• Has the overheating protection tripped?

Overheating protection
section above.
• The tip-over protection can be tripped if the fan heater
sits on an uneven surface. Make sure the fan heater
is level.
