only if drain malfunctions or is being replaced with optional automatic
drain.
CLEANING
1. Clean the polycarbonate bowl with warm water only. Clean other parts
with warm water and soap.
2. Rinse and dry parts. Blow out internal passages in the body with clean, dry,
compressed air. Blow air through the filter element from inside to outside to
remove surface contaminants.
3. Inspect and replace any parts found to be damaged. Replace the plastic
bowl with a metal bowl if plastic bowl shows signs of cracking or cloudiness.
ASSEMBLY
1. Lubricate the o-rings, the portion of the manual drain body that contacts
the bowl, and the hole in the manual drain body that accommodates the
stem of drain valve with o-ring grease.
2. Assemble the filter as shown on page 7.
3. Tighten the items listed in the Table below..
4. Refit the bowl assembly ensuring the O-ring is in position. Push the bowl, or
bowl with guard, into the body and turn fully clockwise

high-pressure hoses (5 to 50 metres) etc.
