TO OPEN THE LADDER TO INTERMEDIATE LENGTH

1. Put the ladder on a firm, level

surface.

2. Put a foot on the bottom rung (6)

to stabilise the ladder.

3. Start with the second rung from

the bottom, grasp the hand grips
(4) on each side of the rung and
pull up to extend the step.

4. When each step is fully extended,

you will hear a “click”, confirming
that the lock mechanisms are
engaged for that step.,

NOTE:

The small red lever/latches

below each rung will be at
45 degrees when correctly
engaged.
