To assist in completing the OSHA required daily inspection, CLARK offers a
prepared form called an
Operator's Daily Checklist
. These forms can be
requested from your CLARK dealer. We recommend that you use this form
(or similar) to keep a record of your daily inspections and truck condition.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. Lift truck mechan-
ics are trained professionals who know how to make repairs
safely.
