2) Screen has the menu on the left, but shows blue screen on the right part.
Possible reasons:
A, Input signal is not correct;
B, Wrong cable connection on the rear panel;
C, Signal cable is damaged;
Solution:
A, Please make sure input signal is correctly selected from the menu;
B, Please make sure the signal cable connection conforms to silk print,
detailed connection tutorial can be found in chapter 5.3.
C, Check if the cable is damaged, Look for a good cable and retry.
3) The flat panel displays normally, but unable to make any operation
Possible reasons:
A, Cable connection on the rear panel is not correct,
B, Inner program suffers from so-called apparent death phenomenon;
Solution:
A, Please contact with our engineer for help;
B, Please push the black button

Reset

on the rear panel.
4) The picture of PC input displays normally and writing/note is ok, the only
problem is no mouse control.
Possible reasons:
A, Mouse function is not selected;
B, USB connection for mouse is not correct;
Solution:
A, Please make sure the green empty box has already marked and
covered the mouse icon.
B, Please make sure the square USB mouse cable is already connected
with the PC which is being used.
C, Please make sure if square USB cable is damaged or too long.
5) After switching the input signal, there is no picture shown.
Possible reasons:
A, the switched signal source is not connected with flat panel;
B, the signal source cable connection is not correct,
C, PC output signal is not configured correctly
D, Cable is loose or damaged,
