Жирная [утолщенная] линия указывает время сна. Повышение

артериального давления в 16.00 ч. (в диаграмме точка A) и в 24.00 ч. (в

диаграмме точка В) соответствует припадкам боли.

Перед измерением давления отдохните не менее 5-10 минут.
Чтобы ваши кровеносные сосуды возвратились в состояние, в котором

они находились до измерения, между измерениями подождите не менее

3-5 минут. Время необходимого ожидания может зависеть от вашего

физиологического состояния.
Если у вас имеются такие нарушения кровообращения, как

артериосклероз, диабет, заболевания печени или почек, сильная

гипертония, нарушения периферического кровообращения и т.п., перед

использованием устройства проконсультируйтесь у своего лечащего

врача или у медицинского работника.
Если вы употребляли напитки, содержащие кофеин, или курили, перед

измерением давления подождите 30-45 минут.
Толкование значений измерений артериального давления должны

быть проводиться врачом или профессионально подготовленными

специалистами, которые знакомы с вашей медицинской историей.

Регулярно используя прибор и записывая результаты измерений

для толкования своего врача, будете держать в курсе своего врача о

продолжающихся тенденциях вашего артериального давления.
Туго намотайте манжету вокруг вашего запястья, манжета должна быть

на уровне вашего сердца.
Не двигайте прибор во время измерения, иначе надлежащее измерение

не будет достигнуто.
Не двигаясь, измерьте давление в расслабленном положении.
Не наматывайте манжету сверх рукава костюма или свитера.
