Answer Second Call on Same Line

Procedure

To answer a second call on your conference station line, press

Answer

Any active call is placed on hold, and the second call is answered.

Switch Between Calls on Same Line

Procedure

If there are more than two calls on the line, select a call from the call list and press

Create Conference with Two Calls on Same Line

Procedure

With two connected calls on the same line, select a call to make it the active call.
The second call is put on hold.

to view the call list and select the caller to add to the conference.
