The Connectivity Test pane appears only when the experimental features check box is enabled/disabled. From the Cisco
SCA BB Console, you can choose
Windows > Preferences . In the Preferences window, expand the Network Navigator
and click Experimental Features.
To enable the experimental feature, check the Enable Experimental Features check box. The following options appear:

Install CM server

Install SM server
The Connectivity Test pane of the SCE Software Upgrade Wizard is displayed (see Figure 20) . Click Next .
Note
If a connection to one or more devices cannot be made, or if there is a problem with the connection (such as
invalid version of the device), an error is displayed next to the device. (You can skip these tests by clicking
Skip
connectivity test) . The connections are validated when you click Finish .
