configures a hard PVC, as follows:

Specifies the circuit identification. (Use the
circuit id from the previous step.)
•
Specifies the card/subcard/port number of
the ATM interface.
•
Specifies the VPI of the destination PVC.
•
Specifies the VCI of the destination PVC.
