Allows an agent to create and update a prerecorded
greeting that plays at the beginning of a call, such
as a customer call, before the agent begins the
conversation with the caller. The agent can
prerecord a single greeting or multiple greetings as
needed.
When a customer calls, both the agent and the
customer hear the prerecorded greeting. The agent
can remain on mute until the greeting ends or
answer the call over the greeting.
All codecs supported for the phone are supported
