Transfer Call to Voice Mail

NOTE:

You must have an active voice mail account for this feature to work.

To send an incoming call to voice mail:

During an incoming call, press the

iDivert

soft

key to send the call directly to voice mail.

Transfer a Call to another Users Voice Mail

During an active call, press the

Transfer

soft

key. The call is placed on hold.

Dial

, then the users 4 digit UWW extension.

The call will now be transferred directly to the

new user’s voice mail box.
