After completion of exposure, internal VD signals are reset and the video will be output 1

Internal VD, Composit SYNC, and WEN are output as one-to-one correspondence to the trigger input so that images can
be captured by any of those output signals.
Generally, HD/VD sync singals are unncessary but with external HD signals input, the signals can be synchronized with
internal HD.
