15.2 Cleaning dust filter
The filters must be cleaned regularly to allow an efficient air intake. Otherwise, dirt may enter the unit and appear
as shadows on the screen. If dirt has entered the unit or if you need information about the filter, please consult
your authorized dealer.
Cleaning procedure
• Pull out the power plug from the outlet while the projector is in standby mode.
• Loosen the 4 screws and remove the cover
• Remove the sponge filter
• Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt from the sponge filter carefully
• Restore the sponge filter
• Restore the cover and fasten the 4 screws.
Do not wash the air filter with water. Doing so may cause the filter to deteriorate. Make sure to attach the
air filter first and sponge filter last to ensure the best dust filtration possible.
If you need to replace the Air Filter (RZ201741) or Sponge Filter (RZ201742) because they are broken or
if they are too dirty please contact your re-seller or the nearest Cineversum distributor.
