To use
Place the coffee maker on a flat, non-skid, and heat-resistant
surface. Put coarsely ground coffee into the coffee maker.
Recommendation:
Use 1 coffee measure or 1 heaping tablespoon
per cup. Add hot, no longer boiling water. Do not fill the coffee
maker up to the top, leave some space.
Place the lid with the sieve onto the pot. Let the coffee steep for at
least 4 minutes before pressing the filter straight down using slow,
steady pressure. Please hold the handle of the coffee maker firmly
and ensure that the spout is pointing away from you.
Tip:
If the filter plunger cannot be easily depressed, take the filter
insert out, stir the coffee, and repeat the procedure.
The coffee is now ready to be served.
Important safety information
Please do not use the cilio coffee maker on the stove or in the
microwave or oven.
Do not allow children to be near the hot coffee maker without
supervision.
Do not use force to depress the plunger.
If the coffee pot, especially models with a glass pot, is damaged,
do not use the coffee maker any longer.
