jammed open due to 

impurities in the gas or 

the gas line (150 Mig 

only).

Have an Accredited CIGWELD Service 

Agent repair or replace Gas Solenoid Valve.

10 Wire does not feed 

when torch trigger 

depressed

Cool for 10 minutes.  Over Heat lndicator 

will extinguish when the Power Source has 

cooled sufficiently.
