REMOVE AND UNFOLD THE RAINCOVER FROM THE BAG.
THE PRODUCT CAN BE STORED OUT OF THE WAY WHEN NOT IN USE
SLACKEN KNOBS (1), LIFT FROM BRACKETS, AND REPOSITION AS SHOWN.
DRAW THE RAIN COVER OVER THE CHAIR AND OCCUPANT AND SECURE
UNDER THE FOOT PLATES.
TO STOW THE RAIN COVER, ROLL IT UP AND THEN FOLD THE ENDS
IN AND RETURN IT TO THE STORAGE BAG.

Configure docking plate & pin interface according
to QLK version (configuration for QLK-100, one dot at
front / configuration for QLK-150 two dots at front).
Note:
75kg version does not include lower gas
strut mount .
Note:
Also fit coated bolts/loctite as
supplied.
Remove rear wheels.
Tilt unoccupied chair back approx 20˚.
Note:
Removing the gas strut is for 54kg model only.
Tip chair backwards, release footrest and swing up
clear of the upper frame.
Remove leg rest brace mount bar.
Remove rear chassis cross bar.
You are now ready to fit the chunc interface.

Chunc wheelchairs and accessories are Class 1 medical devices and must not be used to
seat any person without prior consultation of a qualified health care professional.

A qualified health care professional should be present when fitting or adjusting the Chunc
wheelchair and accessories to an occupant.
!
The occupant’s seating posture and the positioning of adjustable parts and accessories
should be monitored closely and adjusted as directed by a health care professional.
!
Check parts and upholstered pads periodically for signs of wear or damage, if significant
wear or damage is found contact Chunc Wheelchairs for replacement or qualified repair.
Prior to installation check that the chair is in good
working order and critical parts are free from excessive
wear or damage. Pay particular attention to the gas strut
and gas strut mounting brackets. Replace if necessary.
See chunc maintenance and spare parts manual for
further guidance.
Note:
54kg user chassis is shown in photos. 75kg chassis
is similar but please note the gas strut mounts to a
different bar further under the chair.
