Theseus | Internationale garantie

Chrono Diamond biedt u de mogelijkheid om de fabrieksgarantie op uw horloge te verlengen

van 24 naar 48 maanden. Om deze optie te gebruiken, moet u uw horloge eerst binnen de

reguliere garantieperiode registreren. Vul hiervoor het garantieformulier onder

https://www.chronos-manufactures.ch/garantie/chronodiamond in of scan de QR-code op

de bijgevoegde garantiekaart. U wordt vervolgens gevraagd om uw factuur te uploaden. Na

succesvolle registratie ontvangt u per e-mail een certificaat voor uw administratie.

Tegen het einde van de garantieperiode ontvangt u van ons een e-mail waarin u staat ge-

vraagd wordt om uw Chrono Diamond-horloge voor een betaalde revisie op te sturen. In het

kader van deze revisie controleren onze horlogemakers of uw horloge naar behoren werkt

en repareren eventuele gebreken en onvolkomenheden. Na de revisie krijgt u een nieuwe

garantie op uw horloge, deze is 24 maanden geldig.

Als u deze service regelmatig gebruikt, kunt u levenslang genieten van uw horloge.
