BASIC ERCOLINA MODE

1 - Starting position:
standing with the back towards Ercolina, legs in a split stance, upper body bent
backwards and turned, one arm raised backwards and upwards, holding the
handle fitted to the pole in the bottom section;
2 - How to do it
rotate and extend the upper body forwards, bringing the arm holding the handle
forwards, flexed and stretched.
