Maintenance

Control Stick

5116M-0508-070E

1. Adjust push-pull wires (C) so that links (B)

is perpendicular when control levers (A) on
HST pumps are in neutral.

2. Adjust rods (F) so that links (E) on both ides

are parallel when control stick (D) is vertical.

Swing Pivots

5116M-0508-060E

1. Grease roller swing pivots (4 places).

5116M-0508-080E

3. Adjust rods (G) so that links (B) start to move

at the same time when control stick (D) is
tilted forward and backward.

4. Start engine and turn parking brake switch

to [RUN] and observe if machine moves. If
it does, stop engine and adjust again until it
does ot move.

5. Drive machine straight forward and

backward and observe if machine travels
straight. If it does not, move the location of
link balls in slots (H). Fine-tune with gods
(G).

• Make sure there is no leak from hose joints

or elbows.
