ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Installation
1.
Scribe center line of cabinet opening on both front edges of
cabinet sides. (See figure 1)
2.
Screw motor drive side track to left side of cabinet, keeping
track even with front edge of cabinet, and aligning scribed
center line on track with center line of cabinet.
(See Figure 2)
3.
Repeat for idler track on right side of cabinet.
4.
Screw the Door Plates to rear of door panels using
dimensions shown in figure 3.
NOTE:
Before attaching the door panels to the mechanism,
make sure all Wheel Plates on the left and right tracks
are tight to the track. They may have come loose during
shipment. If they are not tight, loosen the red shipping
screw in the center of the plate. While firmly pushing on
the outside of the Wheel Plate re-tighten the red
shipping screw. It is important that the all Wheel Plates
fit tightly to the tracks before proceeding.
5.
To attach the top door to the mechanism, note adjustment
slots on Door Plates and remove hex nuts from stud on door
plates.
6.
Place adjustment slots over threaded studs mounted on
Wheel Plates.
7.
Center door side to side on opening, and secure with hex
nuts provided.
8.
Repeat procedure for bottom door.
