Plug the Adapter (37) into a 120V wall 
outlet.

Align the flanges on the Charger (36) 

with the slots on the Battery Pack (35) 
and slide the Charger onto the Battery 
Pack.

Plug the Adapter cord into the Charger. 
The light on the Charger will turn on, 
indicating that the Battery Pack is 
Charging.

Charge for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, then unplug

the Adapter from the wall and the 
Charger, and remove the Charger from 
the Battery Pack. 

Allow the components to cool if they

are warm or hot to the touch. Store the 
Adapter and Charger in the Storage 
Case (38).

CautIon:

 Do not leave the Battery Pack 

charging for more than 5 hours or the 
Battery Pack may become damaged.

 Initial charge and recharging is

Work piece and Work area set up

Designate a work area that is clean and

Secure loose work pieces using a vise
