tool is damaged, it must be replaced 

only by a qualified service technician.

V-belt inspection and tensioning

Check the V-Belt (40) tension.  It must

be kept as loose as possible without 

allowing it to slip on Pulley (36).  To

Unplug the Power Cord (28) from its

Turn unit over.

Loosen the Screws (35) and remove

Check V-Belt for cracks, tears or

Make sure the exterior of the Rubber

soapy cloth, then wipe clean with a damp

cleaners or solvents.
