Notes on use

Check the device for damages prior to each use. If the device, the cord or the plug exhibit
visible damages, the device may not be used. Do not use the device if it malfunctions, has
fallen down or in water.

If the device is defective, do not attempt to repair it or replace parts yourself. In the event of
damage, contact a professional or customer service.
❐
Only connect the device to a properly installed socket with protective earth contacts. The
socket must also be easily accessible after the device has been connected. The mains voltage
must correspond to the technical data of the device. Only use proper extension cords, whose
technical data correspond to those of the device.

Only use the device in closed spaces.
❐
Do not sit or stand on the vibrating foot rest.
❐
Do not insert any objects in the gap between the foot rest and the main unit.
❐
Keep body parts, hair etc. away from the openings between the foot rest and main unit.
❐
Only use and store the device out of the reach of children and animals. The mains cord may
also not be accessible for children. They could pull the device down with it. Do not use the
device when water or other liquids are nearby in order to avoid the risk of electrical shock.

Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as ovens or

replaces to prevent damage
to the device.
❐
Ensure that the connected mains cord does not pose a tripping hazard.
❐
Lay the cable such that it is not crushed or creased and such that it does not come into
contact with hot surfaces, including those of the device.
❐
In the event of damages/malfunctions, immediately deactivate the device.
❐
Do not leave the device on when it is unattended.
❐
Only use original spare parts provided by the manufacturer.
❐
Turn the device off and pull the mains plug out of the socket
– if you are not using the device,
– if a fault occurs during operation,
– before a storm,
– before you clean it.

If you wish to remove the mains plug from the socket, never pull on the cable, but always on
the plug.
❐
Do not pull or carry the device by the cord.
❐
Never submerge the device in water or other liquids! Ensure that the device, cable or plug
do not fall in water or are at risk of getting wet. If the device falls in water, immediately
disconnect the power supply. Do not attempt to pull the device out of the water when it is
connected to the power supply!

Never touch the device, the cable or the plug with wet hands.
❐
Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.

Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe temperature

uctuations or
direct sunlight.
