Adjusting the Speakers
(Balance/Fade)
The sound balance can be adjusted
between the front and rear speakers
To adjust the balance and fade:
1. Press CONFIG on the radio.
2. Touch the Audio tab.
3. Touch Fader/balance.
4. Fader: Touch

to adjust
the sound balance between the
front and rear speakers.
5. Balance: Touch

r
to adjust
the sound balance between the
left and right speakers.
6. Touch BACK or push

BACK to
go to the previous menu.
Setting the Equalizer
The equalizer can control the sound
of the audio system.
To turn on the equalizer custom
setting:
1. Press CONFIG on the radio.
2. Touch the Audio tab.
3. Touch Equalizer.
4. Touch the option required.
5. Touch BACK or push
/
BACK to
go to the previous menu.
Speed Dependent Volume
Control (SDVC)
The SDVC system automatically
adjusts the radio volume to
compensate for driving noise.
The SDVC system can only be
adjusted while the radio is on.
As the speed of the vehicle
increases or decreases, the radio
volume increases or decreases.
To adjust the SDVC setting:
1. Press CONFIG on the radio.
2. Touch the Audio tab.
3. Touch Speed Dependent Volume
Control.
4. Touch the option required.
5. Touch BACK or push
/
BACK to
go to the previous menu.
Dynamic Distortion Limiter (DDL)
The DDL system limits the amount
of audio distortion that can be
heard. The DDL system can only
be adjusted while the radio is on.
When the distortion level reaches a
preset limit, the radio automatically
reduces the volume until the
distortion is reduced.
