There is a smell during
first use
There is no problem.
It is common for the
machine to possibly have
an odor when first
plugged in during first
use.
If this occurs with
subsequent uses be sure
that the parts are well
cleaned and there is no
residue.
The machine stops
working during use.
1. The voltage is too low
2. Excessive or hard.

noise.

strainer are not fully
installed, resulting in
unsteady operation.
2. Too many ingredients
being fed through chute
at one time straining the
motor.
1. Fully install the auger
and fine strainer.
2. Remove excess
ingredients.
3. Shut machine and let it
cool down.
The drum/chute are
difficult to remove.
1.There is residue on the
surface of the juicer body
or drum/chute.
2. The ingredients are
not fully juiced.
1. Clean the surface of
the juicing body and
drum/chute.
2. Continue to juice all
ingredients or turn the
power switch to REV for
a few seconds to rotate
the ingredients out of the
juice strainer.
