The measuring process
5.1
Taking a measurement
To do so:
Let your device adjust to the surrounding tem-
perature before the measurement.
• Hold the device in one hand and insert the measur-
ing/electrode tips into the material (figure

Do not drop the device!
• The device will now instantly display the moisture

Information - Measuring accuracy
This rapid and non-destructive measuring procedure allows you to take
moisture readings at a number of different points. When saving the individual
readings, the device will automatically calculate the readings’ average (see
