Adjusting the float wheel scraper
The scraper is used to clean the
float wheels, removing
any soil and debris that has built up.
For adjustments, carry out the procedure outlined.
1) Loosen the screws (

).
2) Raise or lower the float wheel scraper (
B
) to the de-
sired position.
3) Tighten the screws (
A
).
Carry out the same operations to adjust the scrapers of
the other planting units.
Adjusting the centre to centre of dual rows
WARNING
Secure the work vehicle in position (lifted off the
ground) with external means (trestles, etc.).
Do not stand under the hoisted machine unless it is
suitably secured in position.
The work unit is supplied with the “center to center of
dual rows” requested at the time of order.
For centre to centre distances of dual rows which cannot
be achieved by simply adjusting the planting units con-
tact an authorised service centre or the manufacturer for
details.
Proceed as outlined below.
1) Lift the work vehicle slightly off the ground.
2) Loosen the nuts (

).
3) Slide the planting units along the frame (
B
) until
the required centre to centre of dual rows (
D
) is ob-
tained.
4) Adjust the planting units so that the seedlings are
kept (
C
) cm 10 - 12 away from tractor wheel.
