1 SYMBOLS AND TERMS

1.1 SYMBOLS USED IN THIS MANUAL:

- indicates the numeric key entry.

- indicates the function key depression.

- indicates the optional function key depression that can be skipped.

1.2 TERMS USED IN THIS MANUAL:

the process of a number and a function key entry.

the series of item registration which is to be finalized by payment media key.

keys used to process entered values or amounts.

tender payment type (e.g. cash, credit, charge etc.)

registration of payment means for finalizing the item registration
