■
a casing containing the electronics,
■
a black lead with a touch prod,
■
a yellow lead with a crocodile clamp for connection to the
earth.
1
Retractable touch prod:
∅

protects the user by avoiding any accidental contact with a
non-insulated conductor.
4
Trigger activating the touch prod
To keep the touch prod extended.
5
Autotest pushbutton
To perform an autotest or continuity test.
6
Voltage LED ramp (red)
Indicates the value of the voltage detected (4 LEDs from 50
V to 400 V) and distinguishes the phase from the neutral
(PH).
7
Continuity LED (green)
Visual indication of continuity.
8
Phase rotation LED (red)
Tests the phase rotation order
9
«START» LED (orange)
Indicates the start of the phase rotation test.
10 Phase rotation pushbutton
To start a phase rotation order test.
11 Earth terminal
To earth the detector when identifying the phase/neutral.
12 «Risk of electric shock» LED (red)
See operation 3.2.
13 Photo-transistor
Adjusts the brightness of the LEDs according to the level of
ambient light.
