DMX Linking
You can link the STRIKE 4 to a DMX controller using a 5-pin DMX connection. If using other
DMX-compatible products with the STRIKE 4, you can control each individually with a single
DMX controller.
DMX
Personalities
The STRIKE 4 uses a 5-pin DMX data connection for the 1-, 3-, 4- and 9-channel DMX
personalities.

Master/Slave
Connectivity
The Master/Slave mode allows a single STRIKE 4 (the “master”) to control the actions of one or
more STRIKE 4 products (the “slaves”) without the need of a DMX controller to control the
slaves. Once set and connected, the slaves will operate in unison with the master. For

.
DO NOT connect a DMX controller to products operating in Master/Slave mode. The DMX
controller signals may interfere with the signals from the master.
