Neo Vacuum Module Manual
The Neo Vacuum Module is installed into the back of the
Neo Therapy System Cart. A ribbon cable is plugged into
the circuit board in the back of the Neo Head after the
Head Unit has been installed. Refer to the Neo Therapy
System Cart Manual, Item # 13-7782 for proper installation
instructions for the Cart.
NOTE:
The Neo Vacuum Module is to be installed only by
authorized DJO Service Persons.
NOTE:
The Neo Vacuum Module will not operate unless a
Stimulation Module is installed.
Items included in this module:
Vacuum Module – PN 70006
• Vacuum hoses 1&2
• Vacuum hoses 3&4
• 60mm electrodes
• 60mm Sponges
Tools required (not included):

#2 Phillips screwdriver
The System is programmed to automatically recognize
the new Module, therefore, no software installation or
configuration is required.
Complete the following steps to install the module:
1. Power off device. Remove the power cord from the
rear of the device.
2. Remove the back panel from the Cart.
•
Pull the top drawer open. Press the plastic tabs
on both drawer slides simultaneously in opposite
directions, as indicated on the slider. Pull the drawer
completely out.
• Remove the four (4) screws where they attach to the
inside of the Cart. Retain for use when attaching the
Vacuum Module.
•
Remove the back panel from the cart.
