1. Footbrake Pedal
The footbrake pedal is located in the normal automotive position and operates the rear
brakes. This operation is carried out through a dual master cylinder/brake booster with a
proportioning valve that supplies the proper pressure to the rear brakes.
2. Accelerator Pedal
The accelerator pedal is located in the normal automotive position, and it is used to regulate
the speed of the unit.
3. Parking Brake Lever
The parking brake lever is located to the right of the operator’s seat. It is operated by pulling
the handle to apply the brakes.
NOTICE
A REGENERATIVE BRAKING SYSTEM IS TURNED ON BY RELEASING THE ACCELERATOR. THIS SYSTEM
USES THE GENERATOR PROPERTIES OF THE DRIVE MOTOR TO SLOW THE TRACTOR BY CHARGING
THE BATTERY DURING COASTING OR DOWNHILL OPERATION. ADDITIONAL BREAKING IS OBTAINED BY
PRESSING THE FOOTBRAKE PEDAL.
NOTICE
THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB IS LOCKED SO THAT ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL ARE PERMITTED TO MAKE
THE ADJUSTMENTS.
