Step 4: Attach the other end of the LEG BRACES to the corresponding legs using 1 1/2”
Hex Bolts and Nuts but ONLY finger tight, see below.

Step 5. Attach the WHEEL to the spindle coming out of the SHORT LEGS. Install

one WASHER, COTTER PIN and HUB CAP onto the spindle after the WHEEL.

Repeat this on the opposite SHORT LEG.
