With the aid of a helper, attach the Grill Lid to the Firebox Bottom by aligning the Hinges at the rear of the Grill Lid
with the hinges at the rear of the Firebox Bottom. When Aligned - insert the hinge pins through the holes in the hinge
as shown and secure the hinge pins by inserting a small hitch pin through the Hinge Pin holes,

Attach the one of the Side Shelves to the RH side of the grill cart. Use 4 each 1/4-20x5/8” shoulder screws to attach the Side
Shelf. Repeat this step for the LH side of the grill.
