15. When successful, check the LiftMaster equipment list for details on the garage door.
Method 3: Using the Customer Website
Note : A MyQ® Garage cannot be registered through Alarm.com if it is already registered through MyQ®/Liftmaster/
Chamberlain or other similar apps. For more information about the MyQ Smart Garage Hub not registering, LiftMaster
MyQ Smart Hub - Troubleshooting Guide .
1. Verify the LED on the Hub is solid green before registering through the Alarm.com Customer Website.
2. Verify the customer account has the appropriate add-ons through the Partner Portal.
3. Log into the Customer Website using the login credentials.
4. Click Settings .
5. Click Devices .
6. In Automation Devices , click Liftmaster Installation .
7. Click to select the option appropriate to the motor's brand and model.
8. Click Continue .
9. Follow the instructions presented in the wizard to add door sensors and garage door openers to the system.
