TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Unit does not

SUGGEST REMEDIES

Reset the temperature.

Make sure all the windows and

doors are closed.

Call a service technician to inspect the 

unit and top off refrigerant

ove the heat sources if possible.

Connect the duct and make

sure it can function properly.
Decrease the set temperature.

Clean the air filter.

ground if possible.

Unplug the unit and plug in.

If error is still happened, please check 

with the qualified person / or return it to

store.

Evaporator temperature sensor error

6. LED displays E2 code

Unplug the unit and plug in.

If error is still happened, please check 

with the qualified person / or return it to 

store.

Display panel communication error

7. LED displays E4 code

Connect the drain hose and drain the 

collected water away.

If error is still happened, please check 

with the qualified person / or return it to 

store.

Bottom tray is full

8. LED displays P1 code

-   P1 appears in the display window

Drain  the water in the bottom tray.
