Combustion Analysis
The fl ue connector has two apertures, readings can be taken for the
temperature of the combustion by-products and of the combustion
air, as well as of the concentrations of O2 and CO2, etc.
To access these intakes it is necessary to unscrew the front screw and
remove the metal plate with sealing gasket.
The optimal test conditions at maximum heating power are
achieved when the chimney sweep function is enabled (press the
button for 10 seconds; on the display appear
). The boiler
will automatically revert to normal operating conditions after 10
minutes, or if you switch the boiler OFF and ON again.When you have
fi nished, reposition the metal plate correctly and make sure the seal
fi ts perfectly.
Product of Combustion Discharge Monitoring
In the boiler, it is possible to monitor the correct operation of the
fl ue exhaust/air intake, checking for a loss of general pressure in the
system. Through the use of a diff erential manometer connected to
the test points of the combustion chamber, it is possible to detect the
ΔP of operation of the air pressure switch.
The value detected should not be less than 0.60 mbar under
conditions of maximum thermal power in order for the boiler to
function properly and without interruption.
Ανάλυση της καύσης
Ο λέβητας διαθέτει στη εξωτερική πλευρά του συλλέκτη καυσαερίων
διαθέτει δύο ανοίγματα για τη μέτρηση της θερμοκρασίας των
καυσαερίων και του αέρα καύσης, των συγκεντρώσεων O
2
και CO
2
κλπ.
Για την πρόσβαση στις παροχές αυτές πρέπει να ξεβιδώσετε τη βίδα
στην πρόσοψη και να βγάλετε τη μεταλλική πλάκα με την τσιμούχα
στεγανότητας. Οι βέλτιστες συνθήκες δοκιμής, με τη μέγιστη ισχύ
θέρμανσης υφίστανται ενεργοποιώντας τη λειτουργία καθαρισμού
καπνοδόχου – πιέστε το κουμπί RESET για 5 δευτερόλεπτα, το πράσινο
led «3» αναβοσβήνει – ο λέβητας θα επιστρέψει στην κανονική
λειτουργία, αυτόματα μετά από 10 λεπτά, ή διενεργώντας ένα ΟΝ/OFF
του λέβητα.
Στο τέλος τοποθετήστε σωστά τη μεταλλική πλάκα και ελέγξτε τη
στεγανότητα.
Έλεγχος απαγωγής καυσαερίων
Μπορείτε να διαπιστώσετε τη σωστή αναρρόφηση/απαγωγή του
λέβητα ελέγχοντας τις πτώσεις πίεσης που δημιουργεί το σύστημα.
Μπορείτε να μετρήσετε το ΔΡ ενεργοποίησης του πιεζοστάτη
καυσαερίων με ένα διαφορικό μανόμετρο συνδεδεμένο στις
“παροχές τεστ” του θαλάμου καύσης.
Για τη σωστή και σταθερή λειτουργία του λέβητα η μετρούμενη τιμή
δεν πρέπει να είναι μικρότερη από 0,46 mbar (για 24 kW)
