Troubleshooting Guidance
The machine does not contain the parts that the users can operate. The
maintenance must be done by professionals who have certification. Please
contact with seller if more services or authorized services are needed.
Failure 1: Controller displays "00"
If the controller displays "00", it is because the temperature probe is not
connected well, or the temperature probe is damaged. First check whether
there is any problem with the connection of the temperature probe, you
can unplug it and replug it
Failure 2: No steam
1. Start the steam generator and wait at least 5 minutes to generate steam.
2. Check whether the water supply valve is open and whether there is
water in the water pipe.
3. The wiring is wrong
The voltage difference between L1 and L2 must be between 200-240V, so
that the machine can work normally.
4. The controller is broken or connection problems, check whether the
wiring is tighten
5. The circuit board is damp or broken
