By pressing CLR down key, the PT secondary value can be
changed by using above procedure CLR up key to shift the
blinking LED position & CLR down key to change the value
of digits similarly.

By pressing CLR down Key the meter goes to CT ratio
configuration mode.
CT primary & secondary values can be changed by using
same procedure as used for PT primary & secondary values
