If you wish to proceed with the change turn the selector
until the desired value is found (

click to confirm.

Similarly to what you saw for the internal probe, if enabled,
even the detected value of the external one can be corrected,
following a similar procedure and keeping the correction within
the -5 to +5 ° C range.
