- Directly press [ALM1] to view the time and duration of ALM1
- Press [ALM1] to scroll to adjust the mode and duration.
- Press and hold [ALM1] to skip to the setting of ALM1 directly. The same
applies to ALM2.
HANDSET/PHONE BOOK
SAVING NUMBERS TO PHONE BOOK:
PHONE BOOK can save up to 64 numbers, frequently used for easy and
quick acces.
SAVING A NEW NUMBER TO PHONE BOOK:
- Press
to access PHONE BOOK when inSTANDBY mode.
- Scroll to ‘NEW ENTRY’ and press
O K
.
- Enter the name (maximum 11 characters). Press
to delete the
incorrectly entered characters before the cursor.
Note:
Please refer to NAMING HANDSET (p.11) for info on entering
characters.
- Press
to confirm.
- Enter the phone number (maximum 24 characters). Press
to delete
the incorrectly entered numbers before the cursor.
- Press
to save.
- Scroll to ‘PHONE BOOK’.
SAVE THE RECENTLY DIALED NUMBER TO PHONE BOOK:
- Press [ redial ] to show the recently dialed numbers on the screen.
- Press

- Enter the name (maximum 11 characters). Press
for deleting the
incorrectly entered characters before the cursor.

- Scroll to ‘PHONE BOOK’, where the phone number is displayed and
edit if necessary.

SAVING INCOMING CALL NUMBERS TO PHONE BOOK:
- Press
to show INCOMING CALL LIST.
- Scroll to the number to be saved.
- Press FORMAT (

) to select the desired redial format (7 digit, 10
digit or 11 digit).
- Press
to display and edit the caller’s name shown on the screen.
