before set up or use of this product.

1. 

Use proper size and type air pressure line and fittings.  The recommended air 

line for this tool is at least 3/8” delivering no more than 90 PSI.  Air inlet size is 

1/4” 18 NPT.

2. 

The use of quick connectors, and an in-line oiler, regulator, and filter are 

recommended for use with this product.  As shown below:

Connect a pressurized air source to the Air Valve and set the regulator to 90 PSI.

4. 

Apply an adhesive-backed sanding head (not included) to the Pad.  Cut the 

sanding head to size if necessary.

5. 

Secure all workpieces with a clamp or vise so that both of hands are free to 

operate the Sander.

6. 

Connect the Sander to the air compressor hose at the Regulator Assembly (30).

7. 

Grip the Handle with your left hand and the Body (13) with your right (reverse if 

you are left-handed).  Depress the Trigger (28) with your left hand to turn the tool 

on.
