turn the power Switch of the
tool to its “OFF” position and
unplug the tool from its
electrical outlet before
performing any inspection,
maintenance, or cleaning
procedures.

or vibration occurs, have the
problem corrected before
further use.

general condition of the tool. Check
for loose hardware, misalignment
or binding of moving parts, cracked
or broken parts, damaged electrical
wiring, and any other condition that
may affect its safe operation.

up of particles which can dull the
surface. Dress the Wheel as needed
according to the Dressing the Wheel
instructions in the General Operating
Instructions.
Empty the Water Reservoir after use

and check the Water Reservoir (22)
for debris build up. Clean as needed.
To remove and clean the Reservoir:
Drain the water from the Water

Reservoir (22) (See General
Operating Instructions - Emptying
the Water Reservoir).
To remove the Water Reservoir,

unthread the three Screws (19) and
Toothed Washers (20) and remove
the Water Reservoir from the unit.
Clean out any accumulated debris

from the bottom using a stiff brush
(sold separately) if needed.
Replace the Reservoir.

wipe external surfaces
of the tool with clean cloth.
