Attempting to start the engine without oil will ruin the engine and void the warranty.

Before starting the engine, refer to the engine owners manual for additional engine 
maintenance information.

Note: 

 8” maximum diameter applies to most soft to medium types of woods.  Maximum di-

ameter of hardwoods may vary depending on density of the wood.

Note: Read and follow the instructions and safety warnings in the manual that accom-
panies the Robin® engine.  Engine specifications are listed in the engine manual.
