Warning: Some parts of the steam iron have been slightly greased and as a
result, the iron may slightly smoke when switched on for the first time. After
a short time, this will cease.
It is normal that strange odor comes out from the unit for the first use. This
will cease after a short while.
When you switch on the appliance, the steam generator may produce a
pumping sound. This is completely normal; this sound indicates that the
water is being pumped into the steam generator.
During the soleplate’s heating process, some steam will come out from
the soleplate automatically and this phenomenon will continue for about
3 seconds.
3. OPERATION
Water inlet cover
Open the water inlet cover and fill the water tank with water through the
filling aperture.
Make sure the water does not exceed the MAX. mark on water tank.
Power switch
For switching the device on, it must be plugged in. Press the power switch
button, and the power indicator light will turn on. The low steam rate is
the default mode, so its indicator light will turn on. Press the power switch
button for about two seconds and the device will turn off.
Steam rate control button
The steam rate can be selected low, medium or high by the steam rate
control button. Whichever is selected, its indicator will flash, and it will flash
after having finished preheating.
Temperature dial
Turn the temperature dial to set the desired ironing temperature based
on the garment to be ironed. To activate the steam function, select the
temperature range that steam is produced, otherwise steam spray will not
be emitted efficiently.
Temperature indicator
When the iron is heating up, the temperature indicator will turn on. Once the
iron has reached the selected temperature, it will turn off. The temperature
