PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Smoke comes out
from the device. • Overheating, overload or
damaged motor. • Turn the device immediately
of and contact the Technical
Support Service of Cecotec.
Not enough
pressure. • Water inlet filter is
clogged.
• Air from the hose
connections is entering
the pump.
• The nozzle or relief valves
are worn or not the
correct size.
• Clean the water inlet filter.
• Check that connections and
locking ring are properly
tightened.
• Contact the Technical Support
Service of Cecotec.
The pressure
washer does not
start up. • The unit is pressurized.
• Plug is not well connected
or electric socket is
defective.
• Extension cord is too long
or wire size too small.
• Main voltage supply is
too low.
