in shipment or failure caused by failure to adhere to the
accompanying instructions, inadequate maintenance,
normal wear and tear, tampering, accident, misuse,
unauthorized modification, obvious carelessness or
abuse. CDN shall not be liable for any consequential or
incidental damages whatsoever.
